Showcase your amazing work at the Renewable Now Energy & Conservation Fair

MN Renewable Now is excited to host it’s first Renewable Energy and Conservation Fair in April 2020 to connect Minnesota’s residents with organizations like yours who are ready to meet their renewable energy and conservation related needs. The Renewable Now Energy & Conservation Fair is a one-stop-shop for every renewable energy and earth friendly related resource our residents might be looking for. From contractors to loan programs, to public and legal resources, everyone will be there, including you!

The 2020 Renewable Now Energy & Conservation Fair will be held on Saturday April 4th, 2020 from 12pm to 5pm at the University Research and Outreach Center, near the intersection of Penn and Plymouth Avenue North. Current event Partners include: Soular Scenes & Ballard Power.

We aim to host at least 30 + vendors to an audience of more than 800 residents. Educational break-out sessions will be scheduled throughout the day as well as activities for kids. We ensure a successful and well-attended fair through great promotion including local community newspapers, newsletters, local radio, local tv and direct mailings to residents.

Exhibit your business or organization in the Renewable Now & Conservation Fair and meet hundreds of potential customers who are eager for information about installations, options, and financing.  Let this be an opportunity for you to come face to face with your new client for 2020!

We’d love for you to join us at this exciting event as a Vendor or Sponsor, both are great opportunities to generate new leads, make connections and build your brand. Partnering with us will ensure your company/organization exposure to thousands of Minneapolis residents through our event and marketing. We’ve developed sponsorship and vendor opportunities at multiple levels to meet the unique needs of all of our event partners.

Registration, including sponsorship opportunities, should be received by Friday February 14th, 2020 to be on all print promotion included with sponsorship. Submissions can also be made online at MNrenewablenow.org or at this lovely form here.
